Applications

The application has to be prepared jointly between the sending and receiving Partner.
An application has to include:

• The students name, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address (for statistical purposes it would be appreciated if the applicant could indicate his/her nationality, gender and date of birth)
• Curriculum Vitae
• Description of thesis work and/or work programme at the receiving institute
• cost estimate of travel and subsistence
• cost estimate of work programme (limited to special materials)

Additionally in case one institution is not a partner in the project RealSOFC:

• confidentiality agreement between host and sending institution) in case an external partner is involved).
